The Pro5 AIRdaptive is similar to the Pro5 in size and weight but offers additional features by adapting to a greater range of users from heavier individuals or high intensity training to light weight users or in a frail condition.
Level 1 offers a more stable plate surface; level 2 is the standard plate and level 3 is a less stable and more challenging base.
