The Spirit CRW800 Rower uses a combination of air and magnetic resistance. Most rowers require the user to stop and get off the rower to change tension. The CRW800 can by easily adjusted on the fly with the remote handlebar controls. The higher than average 20" frame height makes it easy to get on and off the machine.
Because it is self generating the rower can be placed anywhere in the room since no power outlet is required. Rower folds for storage. The monitor easy to use and utilizes a large 5.5" display with all of the workout data highly visible and well organized for easy reference. In addition to the clearly defined display segments, the center display scans between program profile and 500m time.
