The Spirit XBU25 is the first in their line up of exercise bikes for home use. This is an extremely comfortable bike giving testiment to Spirit's investment in proper ergonomics: 12 vertical seat adjustments as well as fore aft postioning allows the user to get into proper positioning. Narrow distance between the pedals ensures proper hip and knee alignment.
