The Power Plate Pro5 is a commercial model using a larger number of settings for a greater variation of fitness workouts from 25 to 50 hertz. The larger plate surface provides more surface exposure to vibrations and allows for more dynamic movements. The larger weight capacity will accommodate exercising with weights.
